KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airports Bhd issued an apology on Sunday over glaring spelling and grammatical errors on festive buntings set up at the Sultan Ismail Petra Airport in Kota Baru last week.
Pictures of one bunting, which wished visitors a “Mary Christmas” and “Happy New Years” have seen the company pummelled by netizens after they went viral on social media.

In a statement, Malaysia Airports apologised for the error and assured customers that the buntings have already been removed.
