PETALING JAYA – Malaysian heiress Chryseis Tan will tie the knot with Faliq Nasimuddin, the son of the late founder of Malaysian conglomerate Naza Group, on Friday (Feb 2), The Star reported.

Chryseis is the daughter of one of Malaysia’s most recognisable tycoons Vincent Tan and is also chief executive of Berjaya Times Square, a giant shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. Forbes valued her father at US$820 million (S$1.1 billion) this year.

She was recently engaged to Faliq, the son of the late Nasimuddin Amin, and the group managing director of real estate developer Naza TTDI.

He reportedly popped the question to her in June last year while the two were holidaying in Marrakesh, Morocco.

The wedding announcement was made by society lifestyle magazine Prestige Malaysia in an Instagram post on Thursday.

Chryseis on Thursday posted on Instagram a pre-wedding photo of herself clad in a flowing white bridal gown holding hands with her fiance as they stood facing a snow-capped mountain and a deep-blue lake.

“One more sleep to #chrysfaliqeverafter”, she wrote in the photo’s caption.
